The problem
Counter staff juggled POS, paper waivers, and voucher codes — errors and queues followed.
Approach
Implemented a Laravel web app covering point-of-sale, digital waiver capture, and voucher issuance/redemption.
Engineering notes
Waiver acceptance and voucher redemption are treated as audit-sensitive actions — state changes are explicit and reviewable in admin history.
Outcome
A single ops console for Freestylers staff handling tickets, waivers, and vouchers together.
